The Hidden Element
Profonde argille blanche nourrit rochier,
Qui d'un abisme istra lactineuse:
En vain troubles ne l'oseront toucher,
Ignorans estre au fond terre argilleuse.
Deep white clay nourishes the rock,
which from an abyss shall come forth milky:
in vain troubles, they shall not dare touch it,

THE MASTER SAYS…
Nostradamus says that somewhere in the west of North America, during the development of a mine, an unusual rock will be discovered, which at first will be mistaken for a type of radioactive substance. It will be suggested that in ancient times it was brought to Earth by a meteorite. However, the fears will be in vain, since the find will turn out to be a chemical element previously unknown to science, which will supplement Mendeleev’s known periodic system of elements. Subsequently, through the efforts of scientists, this substance will be used with great success in various fields of science and technology. Nostradamus says that this quatrain can also be viewed from the perspective of alchemy, but due to the unpreparedness of the ordinary reader, it will be difficult for him to give explanations, since the complex theory of alchemical processes he developed requires corresponding knowledge.
