The Birth of the Androgyne
Trop le ciel pleure Androgyn procree,
Pres de ce ciel sang humain respondu:
Par mort trop tard grand peuple recree,
Tard & tost vient le secours attendu.
Too much does the heaven weep, the Androgyne begotten,
near this heaven human blood is answered:
through death too late a great people re-created,
late and soon comes the awaited relief.
THE MASTER SAYS…
This is connected with certain sociological changes that will arise in connection with the founding of space colonies. He says that the only way these space colonies can function is through harmonious cooperation between men and women, unburdened by narrow-minded, intolerant, chauvinistic attitudes toward sexual roles. He says that the birth of the Androgyne symbolizes that men and women will be able to do what is most acceptable to them, without worrying about whether it is a “male” or “female” occupation. This type of change will also affect those who remain on Earth. This sociological upsurge will cause great dissonance among some countries, for example, in the Middle East. These countries will have to come to terms with their beliefs in order to accept these new concepts. Much blood will be shed, especially among the air forces. This will happen as a result of a cosmic catastrophe, not a war, when people adapt to a new style of life. Many pilots will die. The legend of Androgeus is one of the creation myths which states that in the beginning there were three types of beings, differing by sex: men, women, and also hermaphrodites. In the future, the boundary between stereotypical views of man and woman will blur, and although people will retain their physical characteristics, their functional roles in society will change. Men and women will finally achieve equality.
