The Burnt Cathedral
Le sang de juste a Londres fera faulte,
Brusles par fouldres de vingt trois les six:
La dame antique cherra de place haute,
Des mesme secte plusieurs seront occis.
The blood of the just will fail at London,
burnt by lightnings of twenty threes the six:
the aged lady will fall from her high place,
of the same sect several will be killed.
THE MASTER SAYS…
The quatrain relates to military actions when the forces of the Antichrist tried to bomb London. The aged lady represents St. Paul’s Cathedral, because the temple was dedicated to the old religion in that place, and inside the church is the aged lady. They will discover her during the bombing. This is part of the meaning embedded in the quatrain. He also predicts that Britain will face many difficulties in the time of troubles, because Christians will persecute Christians. Much persecution will also be among the rich. People will rise up against the rich, since they will be in need, while the rich will have everything. This will happen in the nineties, closer to the end of the century. The numbers are like an anagram, but they are numbers. They represent the year 1996.
