The Tower of Neptune

This quatrain relates to World War II and Japan’s advance in the Pacific Ocean. Neptune at that time was in the sign of Virgo and in Libra. The “highest tower” correlates with the period of World War II. Mars was in a bad aspect to Neptune at that time.
