He says that this will happen precisely as a result of the “vicissitudes of war.” This quatrain predicts a combination in which the male offspring of the family will either be killed in battle or die from a disease caused by a biological bomb that selectively strikes only men. The enemy will have biological bombs that release viruses that kill all soldiers. That is, they will reduce the number of enemy soldiers participating in battles. But the bomb does not discriminate. It also affects men who are not fighting: old men and boys. Thus, the men of the ruling royal family will be killed. He says that the women of this family will either be too old to bear children, or, due to the side effects of this bomb and other terrible weapons, will become infertile. This is how the English royal family will cease to exist. If England decides to preserve the monarchy, it will have to look for a candidate in more distant branches of the royal family. They may choose a different path, and history will develop calmly in both directions, but if they choose tradition, the bearer of the crown will be found in a completely unexpected place. Such diseases have already been invented in your time, but this is kept in the strictest secrecy. The virus that attacks has a different effect on men and on women.
