CENTURIA VII · QUATRAIN VII
The False Shepherds
Sur le combat des grans chevaux legiers,
On criera le grand croissant confond,
De nuict tuer monts, habits de bergiers,
Abismes rouges dans la fosse profond.
Upon the combat of the great light horses,
one will cry the great crescent confounded.
To kill at night in the mountains, dressed in shepherd's clothing,
red abysses in the deep ditch.
THE MASTER SAYS…
He says that this verse relates to the unrest in the Middle East. The great light horses refer to atomic energy. And he says that the destruction of the great crescent refers to what is called the “Fertile Crescent.” The territory that was once Mesopotamia (Iraq), and the territory of Israel, Jordan, Sudan, the Middle East. Countries that a thousand years ago were fertile, and now are mostly dry desert. The red abysses refer to the bloodshed that will occur. “Kill at night in the mountains, dressed in shepherd’s clothing.” He says that this refers to hidden attacks. The forces of the Antichrist in the Middle East will disguise themselves as compatriots of the country they are trying to seize or destroy. Because of how they are dressed and how they look, other countries will underestimate them and consider them harmless.
