CENTURIA VIII · QUATRAIN C

Death by Water

Pour l'abondance de larme respandue,

Du hault en bas par le bas au plus hault:

Trop grande foif par jeu vie perdue,

De soif mourir par habondant deffault.

For the abundance of tears shed

from high to low, from low to the very highest:

through too great thirst life lost by gamble,

to die of thirst amid abundant lack.

THE MASTER SAYS…

Atlantis? Interestingly, this also relates to the future. The quatrain seems to relate to the Atlanteans’ faith in their own capabilities. This is connected with their ego. Their own insights actually led to a planetary shift due to a malfunction that they did not foresee. The lack of drinking water is literal. You can die of thirst even while surrounded by water. It seems that we, even now, as I speak in this era, possess the same ability to influence the actual tilt of this planet. This does not seem to relate to natural changes of the Earth or evolutionary processes. It seems to definitely relate to the intervention of human hands in the ancient past and in the near future. Once again I emphasize, the future is not set in stone. If we have the foresight that we possess this enormous ability, and we stand with our finger on the button, we have free will to move our hand. The history of this quatrain is that this has already happened once. Yes, it began with the Atlanteans. They were competent in their scientific capabilities and experimented with thermonuclear fusion and fission. They actually worked with the internal structure of the atom. It was an accident. I do not see bombs or anything like that, but I see too much energy being released in one place. It caused explosions that then rolled across the entire planet. They shook the planet, causing, of course, earthquakes, a giant tidal wave and mass destruction. We could do this through an accidental mass explosion of nuclear devices. Not necessarily bombs, but accidental explosions of nuclear facilities. We have that capability. We already have similar energy generators on Earth. It depends on us how we handle them: dismantle them, ignore them, or continue to carefully avoid the possibility of using them. He saw it happen in the past. He says it can happen in the future. Correct. The amount of energy we are now capable of releasing is enormous. We are truly capable of tearing the fabric of the Universe. Our planet can — I emphasize, can — literally explode. He knows that humanity denies the fact that this can happen. We cannot understand that the planet itself can explode. We think that there is something on the surface or under the surface, but we do not think in the huge, terrifying destructive scales of the explosion of an entire planet. It is too frightening. We would have to choose which devices to detonate. We can conduct nuclear explosions that will not destroy the planet. He asked me to give an example. This would require the conscious use of bombs, say, by two superpowers on the planet. We have that capability. Yes. That too would be a conscious action. The stations themselves can be deliberately blown up. Right now they are just bombs lying on the surface of the earth. But the explosion of one or several stations will not cause the huge destruction I am talking about. Bombs, of course, are more than stations. He said he saw it in the past. The future depends on us. Correct. But the Atlantean civilization was almost completely destroyed. It was not the whole planet, but an entire race. Not all, but the main part. Correct. We all possess free will, and he realizes that we can influence the future. These are large-scale pictures. I see people screaming in pain, running through streets where there is nothing but fire. I hear screams. I see tormented, suffering faces. I do not know where this is. I can observe what is happening impartially to a certain degree, because I do not recognize anyone I know. However, this is the maximum impartiality I am capable of, because it seems truly large-scale. This is a distortion of the natural order that led to oscillations, tidal waves, giant oceans crashing onto land. It is terribly regrettable that this was completely unnecessary. This must be considered in the context of Nostradamus’s interpretation. Now we must look at this in light of the fact that everything we do affects everything, including the future. The fact that Nostradamus imagined the future in a certain way does not mean that it will be so. It would be so if everything worked exactly according to his assumptions. Of course, free will makes it impossible for us to be absolutely accurate in any assumptions. But the essence of this quatrain is that great changes will occur. He tends to focus on the pain, suffering and tragedy associated with overcoming this greater awakening. It does not necessarily have to be so traumatic. Our attitude, I think, is crucial in relation to all this. We must understand that some of these events may not necessarily happen at all.
