CENTURIA IX · QUATRAIN LXXXI
The Hooded Tears
Le Roi ruse entendra ses embusches,
De trois quartiers ennemis affaillir,
Un nombre estranges larmes de coqueluches,
Viendra Lemprin du traducteur faillir.
The cunning king shall learn of his ambushes,
from three quarters enemies assailing,
a number of strange tears from beneath hoods,
shall come to make the translator's first attempt fail.
THE MASTER SAYS…
Brenda said: “He says that this relates to the events of World War II. ‘Strange tears from under hoods’ refers to the search for heavy water and nuclear experiments. They worked in the strictest secrecy. Therefore they were in hoods, they were hidden. He says that this means that their attempts to establish peace fail. And therefore, as a result, they ultimately use this terrible weapon that they themselves developed.”
