There should be an exclamation mark, because his exclamation concerns changes that have already been accomplished. He was not questioning what changes, because they were too obvious in his vision. The commotion in France and Italy relates to what the twentieth century would call “workers’ strikes.” Since such a phenomenon did not exist in his time, he allows the use of twentieth-century terms to define it. Three main world leaders, represented by Aries, Jupiter and Saturn, met to conclude an agreement to improve the state of affairs in the world as a whole. Some of the changes accomplished relate to the communist type of change. Then the workers will understand that once again they got the “short end of the stick.” And so they will raise a commotion, trying to introduce some changes. The main image that is transmitted all the time is the color green, an image of a field of green grass, as if he were floating above it, looking down. He gives the image of Aries, Jupiter and Saturn in connection with Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin.
