CENTURIA III · QUATRAIN XLVI

The Fall of Lyon

Le ciel (de Plancus le cite) nous presage,

Par clers insignes & par estoilles fixes:

Que de son change subit s'approche l'aage,

Ne pour son bien ne pour ses malefices.

The sky over Plancus' city portends to us,

by famous clerks and by the fixed stars,

that its sudden change approaches the age,

neither for its good nor for its evils.

THE MASTER SAYS…

This quatrain represents the destruction of the city of Lyon during the shift of the Earth. He says that this will be a predestined event. Astrologers will know that the change is inevitable, but many places will not be saved. He is sad because his life is closely connected with Lyon, and this, his beloved, as he says, Lyon will also perish. It must have been very painful for him to see a place to which he was emotionally attached destroyed, and not be able to change anything, even with the help of the knowledge he received. Lyon was an ancient Roman city. At one time it was the capital of that Roman province. This quatrain also relates to the rule of the French Pope in the time of the Antichrist, because he was also connected with Lyon. He will be from Lyon, and this city will be very important for this French Pope.

BUT THE NEXT QUATRAIN PREDICTED…
