THE MASTER SAYS…
The names of these regions are connected with historical places of ancient Greek civilization. In this quatrain, Nostradamus deliberately used classical terms, and this technique was designed for the people of the Inquisition, so that they would think that only some element of history was being described here. By that time, a leader will appear on the political arena whose task will be to consolidate the forces of third-world countries. The main task of this man will be to create a powerful military bloc capable of resisting the superpowers. The places of critical confrontation of these forces will be the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the regions of the Adriatic and Caspian seas. Nostradamus says that the conflict will lead to fruitless results and will not change the overall balance of power in the world. He says that some details of these events are already reflected in biblical prophecies. Some of them are contained in the “Revelation of John the Theologian,” but not all. Some are in the “Old Testament,” and some in the “Book of the Prophet Isaiah.” People cannot understand that John the Theologian, like Nostradamus himself, while predicting future events, deliberately avoided chronological order. People did not notice that in his works John the Theologian tried, as far as possible, to dismember the prophecies and thereby give the events of the distant future an incoherent character. Israel will also be involved in the coming conflict. Such attention to Israel in biblical prophecies is natural, since they mainly came from ancient Hebrew sources. However, the Bible speaks not only of the homeland of the Jews. In it, for example, some technical devices are also described that are specific not only to the twentieth century but also to the very distant future, and they were described by the prophets Ezekiel and Isaiah. Nostradamus says that this personality will be merely a leader of a country. Very often this leader will be seized by uncontrollable fits of obscurantism. As for the Antichrist, he will come later. Nostradamus says that in a certain sense he can be called the Antichrist, because all his actions will be aimed at the complete destruction of Christianity on Earth. However, this man, again, will not be the real Antichrist. Nostradamus says that the main distinguishing feature of the third Antichrist will be a manic hatred of all humanity, and not only of Christians. Nostradamus says that he will not name real names, but Gaddafi is a good example for comparison, although, in fact, it is not about him.
