The Golden Chains
Le grand mene captif d'estrange terre,

Chained in gold, offered to King Chyren:
He in Ausonia, Milan, will lose the war,

THE MASTER SAYS…
The word “CHYREN” is highlighted in capital letters. Translators think that this is an anagram. Nostradamus asked to spell out the words “Chyren” and “Ausonia.” He is trying to write, you see, now he has turned to his book and taken out a pen. He says: “Let’s start from the beginning.” I repeated the quatrain, and John loudly pronounced each phrase after me. And again he shows me the mirror. This place is Cyrenaica, and he shows me where it is located. This quatrain again deals with North Africa, represented by King Chyren. A very important diplomat from a very important government will be taken hostage, and this will happen in the 1990s. He says: “I believe that he will be from a rich European country.” I see golden chains. This quatrain also concerns the Antichrist, who will gain control over North Africa. This will happen during one of the Antichrist’s last battles before moving into Europe. He will take this hostage with him and promise to enter into negotiations for his release, but instead he will barbarously treat him. Because of his cruelty, he will destroy this prisoner. Nostradamus says that Ausonia and Milan are in northern Italy. Ausonia is almost in Switzerland, in the Alps. He says that the man will be from there. Perhaps he will be a Swiss. You see, the Antichrist wants the money that is kept in Swiss banks. He wants all that money. He believes that having it, he will be able to control the world, but they are ready to fight him to the last. He thinks big, does he not? Yes, he wants everything. Therefore he meets with this man? Yes. He is going to meet with this man and try to use the hostage situation to get the money, but the resistance in Europe will be quite strong. A real battle will take place. They will direct nuclear weapons against him, and this will destroy his army. But he will retreat to the Middle East. When he appears again, he will be much more powerful than ever. Nostradamus says that this will happen in the mid-1990s. Translators believe that Chyren is an anagram of King Henry. No. He suggests turning to your history and looking at where Cyrenaica was located. He shows me that Cyrenaica is between Egypt and Libya, along the northern African coast. And again he says that you must study ancient history. Cyrenaica today constitutes part of the territory of Libya. In ancient times it was significantly larger, and for a time was part of Egypt. Thus, Nostradamus was showing John a map of ancient Cyrenaica. He used it to symbolically point to this region of North Africa, and also as an anagram of the Antichrist. It is interesting that Cyrene in ancient times was the main, densely populated center of Cyrenaica. Both names fit well with his anagram “King Chyren.” Translators, assuming that this was an anagram of King Henry, completely missed the point that Nostradamus actively used ancient history for symbolic indications. He suggests considering one more quatrain, and then he will retire.
