Libra verra renger les Hesperies,
De ciel & terre tenir la monarchie:

Libra will see the Hesperies ranged in order,
Holding the monarchy of heaven and earth:
No forces of Asia will be seen matched to them,
Save seven holding the hierarchy by rank.
THE MASTER SAYS…
Nostradamus says that after conquering Asia, the Antichrist will appoint seven puppet governors to rule the vast territories he has conquered. The dominance of the constellation Libra in the West personifies the scales of justice and fairness enshrined in the Constitution of your country. Then, as encoded in Century III, Quatrain 34, a period of calm will begin in the Antichrist’s activities for many years, during which he will gather strength so that at the appropriate time, using his enchanting eloquence, he will again enter the international arena and apply all the military power accumulated over the years against the remaining countries, which at that moment will be completely unprepared for such a strong onslaught.
