The Seven Branches
Des sept rameaux a trois seront reduicts,
Les plus aisnez seront surprins par mort,
Fraticider les deux seront seduicts,
Les conjurez en dormans seront morts.
From seven branches to three they will be reduced,

in fratricide the two will be seduced,
the conspirators in their sleep will be dead.
THE MASTER SAYS…
This concerns the future. There are people in power who actually control, one might even say, world history. These people are not presidents, not kings. The controllers are unknown people, and their number will be reduced from seven to three. This will happen during a time of great chaos in the world. This will happen not as a result of the death of four people, but in connection with the death of four. Are these four different people or a group? These are separate individuals. It says: “seven branches of power will be reduced to three.” When three are in power instead of seven, it is still a majority, but in a different sense. If it takes four to oppose three, then two can oppose one. This is somehow connected with a brother killing a brother in this power struggle. The seven are not blood brothers, but symbolic brothers. They are like a brotherhood. This brotherhood is little known. It is known through its puppets. But not to the general public? Correct. It seems this will happen at a time when everything, more or less, has gone out of their control. I think if they controlled events, they would not have allowed things to reach such a stage. Well, they did a poor job. Control is both a manageable and an unmanageable phenomenon. Circumstances often determine how much control a given person or group of people can have. The ability to manipulate stock prices, growth in food production and money, precious stones; the ability to strangle the market in one area and ensure its free movement in another — all this can be controlled. The population, on the other hand, is what has gone out of control. And, of course, that is precisely the meaning of wars and diseases — in trying to control them. Natural control, you mean? Natural and unnatural. Natural disasters and diseases control the population of the Earth, and unnatural disasters and diseases control part of the population. The less there is to control, the easier it is to manage. Then the population grew to such an extent that they could no longer control it as before? It is a little more complicated. Is this part of the reason for their fall, or is everything much more complicated? Part of the reason for their fall is the death of their members, if indeed “fall” is the right term. Another part is disharmony, disagreements. What term would be more correct? Weakening or slipping away of power, which is not lost, but is harder to hold, regain and preserve. Then Nostradamus considers these people very important for history. Yes, this group of seven people. These are not the same seven people who have controlled the world for the last hundred years. This is a legacy. Like a responsibility. I think we have already spoken about this group, so I know about it. Apparently, this refers to the secret conspiracy described in the first and second volumes. Scientists around the world agree that population growth is a serious problem for the Earth at present. They say that the world population is growing at an unprecedented rate, almost 100 million people a year, and the total number could almost double, reaching 10 billion people by the middle of the next century. They say that something must be done to avoid possible “irreversible damage to the Earth’s ability to support life.”
