The Silent Flash
The original text of this fragment was never recorded — only the Master’s reading survives.
THE MASTER SAYS…
He says that this again relates to the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. No. He says that this is from one of his best students, because the meaning is a little deeper than that of the average student in a quatrain. Yes. And he says that the “sting of bees” refers to the aircraft that dropped the bomb. Their number designation had the letter “B.” He says that the silence and awe relate to shock. The world did not react immediately. And the darkening of east and west relates to the same thing. For some time nothing happened, because everyone was in such shock before they resumed communication to finish the war. He says that this relates to the flash of the bomb. He says that this relates to the naval forces at sea who saw it.
